Graphic Nature Design & Advertising is a proactive, environmentally conscientious business. Our design studio is 100% powered by green electricity, making our design and development services more sustainable.
Studio Operations
- Our studio sources 100% of the green power used from Bullfrog Power.
- We recycle plastics, metals and glass; composite all organic materials; and minimize waste whenever possible.
- We use 100% post consumer paper and printing products wherever possible. When this is not possible we source out the highest post-consumer fiber products available. We also minimize our paper use by doing as much paperless accounting as possible, and re-using paper whenever possible.
- All cleaning products used are made from natural plant-based materials, are 100% biodegradeable, and are not harmful to the environment.
We minimize electricity consumption and environmental impact by using:
- Energy Star rated computers, printers, and other studio equipment
- low wattage lighting and natural lighting
- no air conditioning
- plants for natural air purification
Project Workflow
In order to minimize environmental impact of project workflow:
- All communications between clients, partners, supplies and vendors are done electronically.
- Quotes, invoices, statements, etc. are delivered in electronic format.
- Design comps are provided in digital file formats whenever possible, delivered via email, internet, or FTP.
Marketing and Client Relations
- All marketing and advertising is done electronically. You will never see a print ad, mail out, flyer, billboard or hot air balloon advertising our services.
- We use social media to educate both clients and the general public on sustainability and environmental issues.
