Over a decade of experience
Graphic Nature was founded by Rebecca Baxter, a creative, energetic and seasoned graphic designer and web developer. With over 10 years experience in the design industry, Rebecca has worked for both federal government agencies and private sector businesses.
The path to sustainability
Rebecca’s disciplined work ethic and strong values has enabled the continual growth of Graphic Nature. Constantly improving and adapting to changing technologies and times, Graphic Nature was the first design studio in Nova Scotia to be powered by 100% renewable electricity, offering green-powered design services to clients. In addition, Rebecca:
- rides a bicycle and uses public transportation whenever possible;
- buys local and/or organic goods;
- conserves electricity and water consumption;
- reduces waste, recycles materials, reuses items, and composts organic wastes;
- and most importantly, communes with the natural world on a daily basis, for it’s a source of inspiration and ingenuity, and a reminder that we exist in a finite, delicate, global ecosystem that deserves our full respect and appreciation.
